Crafts From The Hearth, LLC specializes in custom engraving and handcrafted products. Because most items are personalized and made to order, refunds and returns are limited as outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Items
- All custom and engraved items are final sale.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, dates, layouts, and design details before approval.
Errors or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and your order number
- Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion
Customer Errors
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Spelling, date, or design errors approved by the customer
- Natural variations in materials (wood grain, color, texture, engraving depth)
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier
