Yes. Most of our products are custom and personalized, meaning they are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, special terms apply to all orders.

When applicable, we provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved, engraving will proceed exactly as shown. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully.

Changes may be possible before production begins, but are not guaranteed. Once engraving or production has started, changes or cancellations are typically not possible and may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, and design details are correct at checkout or during proof approval. Errors approved by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Production times vary depending on the product, design complexity, and order volume. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed. Production begins only after payment and proof approval (if applicable).

Rush orders may be available depending on workload and materials. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Due to the custom nature of engraved products:

• All custom and engraved items are final sale
• Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item is defective or incorrect due to our error
• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

We engrave on a variety of materials including acrylic, glass, wood, leather, metal, and stone. Natural materials may vary in color, grain, texture, and engraving depth, which is normal and part of the handcrafted process.

Digital proofs are a guide. Because of natural material variations and engraving processes, the final product may differ slightly in tone, texture, or engraving depth. These variations are not considered defects.

Yes, as long as you own the rights or have permission to use the logo or artwork. By submitting designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use them.

We rely on the customer to provide content they have rights to use. Crafts From The Hearth, LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

No. At this time we only ship to the continental United States.

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that include illegal, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content, or requests that violate laws or third-party rights.
